Refurbishment

Refurbishment of a property refers to its freshening or brightening up and often applies to a certain aspect of the building such as painting a room, laying down a new floor or even building a new decking outside. In this instance, our Contracting Services are delivered on a more individual basis and is often the most cost-effective solution to improve your property.

Renovation / Remodelling

To renovate, often refers to the restoration of a property to a former or better state. This often involves the complete stripping out to the ‘bear-bones’ of the building fabric and rebuilding to a completed useable finish. At Frontline Property Solutions Ltd. we can either provide the Contracting Services, or Project Management of your renovation, but we recommend you utilise us for both! This can provide cost, time and stress reduction for you, the customer.

Often, a part of the process of renovation may be the remodelling of a room or feature. This involves altering the layout of a particular area from its former state into a new arrangement suited specific to your needs. An example of this could be the conversion of a garage to a more liveable space or altering internal wall layouts to find a more useable solution.
