MAINTENANCE SERVICE LEVELS
General Maintenance
General Maintenance can be scheduled in at your earliest convenience. This can take the form of planned project work and generally doesn’t pose an immediate threat to the safe and effective use of the building environment.
Reactive Maintenance
Urgent remedial measures or repair works that are required to allow for the continued safe and effective use of the building. This could include but not limited to:
- Electrical faults / loss of power / nuisance tripping
- Faulty equipment
- Faulty fire alarm / smoke alarm systems
- Faulty plumbing services / blocked drains
- Water leaks from damaged plumbing
- Water leaks from damaged building fabric / rooves

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
